At Purrcare Raw, we are committed to delivering frozen raw dog food safely, quickly, and in the best possible condition across the United Kingdom.

Because our products are frozen and perishable, we carefully manage our dispatch schedule to maintain freshness throughout delivery.

Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Dispatch Schedule

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Thursday only.

Orders placed before 11:00am on working days are usually eligible for same-day dispatch.

Orders placed:

  • After 11:00am on Thursday

  • On Fridays

  • During weekends

  • On public holidays

will be processed on the next working dispatch day.

This schedule helps prevent parcels remaining in courier depots over weekends and ensures your dog’s food arrives in optimal condition.


Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods or due to courier delays outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

We currently offer FREE UK delivery on all orders with no minimum spend required.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

You can track your parcel directly using the courier tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.


UK Delivery Only

At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.


Delivery Responsibilities & Issues

Please ensure somebody is available to receive your order at the delivery address provided.

As frozen products are perishable, couriers may leave parcels in a designated safe place if delivery instructions have been provided.

If you experience any issues with your order, including:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing products

  • Delivery delays

  • Incorrect orders

We will work quickly to investigate and resolve the issue wherever possible.

Please note that Purrcare Raw cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been safely delivered, diverted, or left in a designated safe place according to courier instructions.

Unfortunately, delivery is currently unavailable to the following postcode areas due to courier restrictions for frozen goods:

  • AB36 – AB38

  • AB41 – AB56

  • FK17 – FK21

  • IV1 – IV63

  • KA27 – KA28

  • KW0 – KW14

  • PA20 – PA78

  • PH15 – PH18

  • PH19 – PH29

  • PH30 – PH50
